USY Zeolite Technical Data Sheet
This technical data sheet covers standard specification ranges for USY (Ultra-Stable Y) zeolite in powder and microsphere forms. Unit cell size, RE₂O₃ level, and mesopore volume are the primary QC parameters. Custom UCS, SAR, and RE levels available on request.

- USY-6 to USY-80 (SiO₂/Al₂O₃ 6-80+)
- RE-USY (rare-earth exchanged, 1-5% RE₂O₃)

- Powder for catalyst formulation or microspheres for FCC manufacturing
Certificate of Analysis
Every shipment includes a batch-specific COA with: SiO₂/Al₂O₃ ratio, unit cell size, BET surface area, Na₂O, RE₂O₃ (if applicable), mesopore volume, particle size distribution, and XRD crystallinity. Additional parameters on request: MAT activity, SEM, NH₃-TPD acidity.
